Rural Ramblings: Mud Season

lookashinyIn Vermont, we have a fifth season, Mud Season. It's that time in the spring when the snow is melting and it's rainy, so there's mud everywhere. A lot of the roads in Vermont are dirt, too, so it makes going some places into a dirty slog. All-in-all, it sucks. But at least it means warmer temperatures are on the way.
